Spiritual and open-minded individuals seeking healing, clarity, and transformation through spiritual practices.
The Goal:
Explain how VaL receives channeled messages, because that is the most frequently asked question she receives. VaL wanted to redo the entire website so it has continuity (which will help with building trust). Because the services VaL offers are more intimate, the website needs to create feelings of safely, trust, and connection to VaL.
The Solution:
Clearly describe the services Val offers and what a potential client will gain from the service. I used the “About Me” page to describe VaL’s experience channeling messages. I added fun facts about VaL to the “About Me” page to make her more relatable and easy to connect with because most people can’t relate to being a medium or an intuitive. I added a section where people could submit requests for topics they want VaL to write about in her blog. This keeps people engaged and makes them feel heard. I added a vendor application to the events page to help build VaLs vendor list and streamline the process. We chose colors that created feelings of being grounded and calm, and made the website easy to navigate.

While I am not a graphic designer or website designer, I did redesign the format, colors, and structure of the website.
